🇨🇦 A (Mostly) Canadian Store

I’ve spent months searching for a merch partner which (a) is Canadian-owned, (b) has excellent product quality, and (c) offers good prices.
I’ve settled on Shopify, which is Canadian-owned and based in Toronto, as my e-commerce provider, and Printful as the product manufacturer.
🚚 Where Your Product Is Shipped From
While most of the products I’ve chosen to offer are made in and shipped from Canada, sometimes if they get an overload of orders, they will ship from the United States. This apparently won’t happen often, but it might.
I wish I had a way to control for this, but there’s just no way to offer this to you at the prices I can and still have good product quality.
So please accept my apologies if your shipment ends up taking a little longer and comes from the United States!
📦 Refunds and Returns
Every item in the shop is made to order.
As soon as you place an order, Jocelyn and I immediately cover the manufacturing cost on our personal credit card. Because of that, we're not able to take returns or give refunds for multiple sizes of the same product. (There’s a size chart on each product, so take a moment to check it before you buy.)
If you feel something has gone wrong with your order, my team can help. Refund requests are considered within 30 days of purchase and on a case-by-case basis; approved returns include a 10% administrative fee and you are responsible for shipping costs to return the product. You will be asked to provide your original order number, which will be on your receipt.
🇺🇸 For customers in the United States, all sales are final. I'm sorry about this, but tariffs introduced by the Trump administration make it impossible to provide returns/refunds.
